Width, G = Gusset are custom designed according
to customers' requirements, preferences and
applications.
X' shall be
folded inside and the enforcement board which is
approximately 350gsm for enhancing the support
of strings shall be glued on it to form the ear
base area of the bag.
'Y' is the
base of the paperbag. A 400gsm boxboard will be
glued on this area for base enhancement. The
value of 'Y' shall be calculated at 0.7*G and it
may vary at certain circumstances.
Z' is the
gluing area for joining the paper bag. It is
usually with the size of One (1) inch or 25mm.
