製作材料

連背雞腿2支

薑8片

蒜頭3瓣

麻油3大匙

酒1大匙

紅糟2大匙

醬油膏1大匙

糖適量

鹽適量﹝可不放﹞

香菜少許
    製作過程

1.油燒熱下薑片,蒜爆香,放紅糟醬略炒,

放雞塊,炒至雞肉變色,放入酒、

醬油膏、糖蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜至完全熟透,

起鍋裝盤,放上香菜→OK
